I do not know how the Commission would react to this proposal: if we now sanction the banks with a fine of EUR 1.7 billion, why not use that in the fight against unemployment rather than just put it in our pockets,? Use it for the fight against (2013 12 23)unemployment rather than just put it in our pockets,? Use it for the fight against unemployment and raise the Youth Guarantee. That would be a better idea.
