Today we initialed the association agreement [with Moldova and Georgia] and confirmed that the Eastern Partnership is moving forward by giving practical results. We have also emphasized the progress in visa liberalization process by signing an agreement  (2013 12 03)

with Azerbaijan on visa facilitation; we will soon begin implementation of such agreement with Armenia, we have made a big progress in visa elimination for Moldova.
